Los otros nosotros (The Other Us) is a series or portraits and interviews with migrant people living in Elche, my town. Through their voices and faces, the project seeks to foster empathy, challenge stigma, and give visibility to stories that often remain in the shadows.
Many of the portraits are taken on the city’s bridges, not only as physical locations, but as symbolic spaces.
The heart of this project is to build bridges between two social spheres that rarely connect.
-In progress since September 2023, currently paused.
